Leeds Castle Festive Fair

Spent the weekend at Leeds Castle and their Festive Fair doing a Scentsy stall.  We got to stay at their Bed and Breakfast on the grounds so we got to wonder around after hrs and get some great pictures in the early morning.  Leeds Castle is stunning and it could have been a cracking event.  Its a shame the Fair was so poorly organised though.  You just never know really with events >>

Paris 2

We started mornings with fresh baguettes and croissants...wandered through the city till late afternoon and rested at the hotel till dinner.  Not a single museum stop this time but the opportunity to slow down in this city was embraced with enthusiasm. 

Paris seems so natural and easy for me.  I have often wondered if in another life I lived in Paris or if my feelings about the city are just a reflection of the beauty of the place.  Who knows, but I do know that Paris will always have my heart >>

These are the faces

These are the faces I saw these last few days.  Most were extended family coming together to celebrate the life of my gran.  A couple were people I hadn't seen in years that I spent an afternoon or evening with.  One thing is certain is that they all made a very very difficult trip a little bit more bearable.  I'm now off again tomorrow to see James' family in the countryside.  Fresh air, quiet and the chance to catch up again with my thoughts after such a whirlwind few days >>
